My name is Vincent Ang, founder of Hook N Fry. Raised in New York City around my family’s 50-year seafood legacy, I learned the industry from the ground up starting at age seven. Working alongside my uncles, I mastered every stage of the business—from inspecting product quality to managing global imports.

That hands-on experience taught me a simple truth: exceptional seafood starts long before it reaches the kitchen. It comes down to deep respect for the product, strong supplier relationships, and high standards.
